Description

This league is set up for individual registration for youth players only, ages 13 and up. Seeing as we did not have a full YUC season this last year, CUPA wants to provide an opportunity for youth players to play ultimate this summer. 

CUPA will assign players to a team, and we'll pair you with players that you request in your registration (to the best of our ability). 

Prior to beginning this league, players must have all appropriate forms completed. All waivers and medical releases must be completed online. All minors (less than age 18) must be listed under a parent’s account, and the parent must sign the waiver and fill out the medical release for their children. Players over 18 can do this on their own. We will not accept paper waivers.

COVID-19 Considerations:

For this league, players will be following the rules as stated in this Return to Play Plan that we have been following since April 1, 2021.
