Holy Family Catholic Revolution and Omega, Warren County CVB, and Cincinnati Ultimate Players Association would like to invite you to participate in our High School Spring Ultimate Tournament! This tournament will be an early season opportunity to get your team back in sync after winter.
If you have ever been to a tournament here in Cincinnati you know that we only provide the finest fields, the best competition and the most fun both on and off the field. Saturday night will feature activities for all the teams, coaches, and chaperones!
Dale Wilker (Poultry Days founder, 2014 USAU College Nationals, and 2015 US Open TD) and his team are directing this tournament.
Our primary location, Heritage Oak Park, is the same location as 2014 College Nationals and 2013 Central Region HS Championship.
Cincinnati is at the intersection of the Central, Northeast, and South USAU Youth Regions. This tournament will showcase the best ultimate teams and talent in the US. We will create a diverse AND competitive field!!
Here are the details:
Who: High School Open and Girls teams - Capacity is 16 Open, 8 Girls teams.
When: March 19,20 2016
Pool play on Saturday. Food and activities for all teams, coaches, chaperones on Saturday evening. Bracket play on Sunday.
Where: Heritage Oak Soccer Complex (Mason, OH)
Price: $350/team, $600/school if you bring both open and girls.
Bid Window:
1. Phase 1 bid window will be open from October 1 - December 5, 2015. Your bids will be submitted via online application. Your payment is also required by December 5, 2015.
2. Phase 1 bids will be awarded December 12, 2015. You will have until December 20 to accept or reject your bid (your check/payment will be fully returned if you reject your bid at that time)
3. Phase 2, if needed, will enable bids to be submitted December 21, 2015 - January 15, 2016
