Description

Proceeds to help send Jordan Monnin to play on Team USA in the U-19 Worlds tournament in Poland!  Jordan has been playing ultimate since he was 14 years old, is a 3 year captain for the home school Revolution Team and has volunteered as a coach for the Jr. Ultimate League for the past four years.

Team Entry Fee: Pre-registration $10.00 per player. $12.00 at the fields.

•U15 Boys Bracket (composed of 3 under-15yo boys)

•U15 Girls Bracket (composed of 3 under-15yo girls)

•Open Age Mixed Bracket (Mixed teams may be composed of up to 4 players and must include at least one of each gender. i.e. cannot be 4 males or 4 females.)

Bring a light and dark colored shirt (white and red or blue)

If you are not able to attend but would like to support Jordan – you can mail a donation to Jordan Monnin at 2104 Creek Rd. Clarksville, OH 45113.  In the event that Jordan raises more than is needed (approximately $3,500.00), any excess will be donated to CUPA to promote youth ultimate.
