2019 Fall Sunday All MUC Teams
This site allows players to join their respective teams during practice period. This gives coaches access to their medical waivers and information.
Prior to beginning practices and/or league play, players must have all appropriate forms completed and fees paid. New in 2019, all waivers and medical releases must be completed online. All minors (less than age 18) must be listed under a parent’s account, and the parent must sign the waiver and fill out the medical release for their children. Players over 18 can do this on their own. We will not accept paper waivers.
For league fees, please check with your team coach.
The Registration process for minors is = https://cincyultimate.org/upload/youth_registration.pdf

Games for MUC are to 15 points. Hard cap at 90 minutes. When the cap is on, finish the point, then the game is over unless tied. If tied after finishing the point, then play a universe point. One time out per half plus a floater. Time outs are not affected by the cap.
The goal of MUC is to encourage a more truly mixed game.
If both teams have 4+ women, then the game is played 3-4 4-3 endzone decides. The endzone that decides is determined at the pre-game flip and switches at half.
If one team has only 3 women, then the game is 4-3
If one team has only two women, then the game will be played 5-2, but the team with 2 women starts with a two point deficit in the score.
If both teams have only 2 women, then the game is played 5-2, but the game starts with the score tied at 2-2.
If one team has only 1 woman, it’s a forfeit. If both teams have 1 woman, neither team gets a win. In both of these scenarios, teams should play a scrimmage.
