Welcome to YUC (Youth Ultimate Cincinnati)!  

On this page, you will find all the information you need for playing in YUC for the 2026 season. 

League Directors
The league directors are Liz Anderson (CU's Director of Operations) and Nick Betsch (CU's newest hire as a Youth Coordinator). If you have any questions about the information on this page, or any other questions about our league, they can be reached by emailing youth@cincinnatiultimate.org.

Joining a Team
If your high school has a team, you must play for that school. If your school doesn't have a team, you are free to join any team in the league. If you need help finding a team close to your school or home, please contact the league directors, who will put you in touch with a coach. If you'd like information about starting a team at your school, please also contact the league directors.

Age Limits (A & B Divisions)
Minimum age: 11 by June 1, 2026
Maximum age: 18 on June 1, 2026

Waivers
We have moved to online waivering. All players, 18 and under, must have parental permission.
You must register to play with this league and select the team you play for,   
State law requires that we provide information on concussions to all players. You can download that here: concussion information

Fees
The fee for playing in YUC is $50 and includes a disc for each player. There may be an additional fee for jerseys; please check with your coach. 

USA Ultimate Team/Event Roster and Membership
All players in the A divisions must have a USAU Membership. If you do not already have a USAU account, you will need to create one and sign the waiver.

League Dates
All our games are played on Sunday afternoons at fields around the city.
